SUMMARY:Daufuskie Island Yoga and Health Retreat
DESCRIPTION:We hope that you join us for this amazing yoga and health retreat!  \nRelax\, refresh and reset with daily yoga\, meditation\, massages\, raw and vegan food and a variety of health and wellness talks. You will arrive around 3pm or 5pm on Friday\, May 20th via private boat and then be swept away to our private ocean front cottage. We will have every detail planned so all you need to do is show up! We will depart around 1030am Sunday morning. \nThe all inclusive cost per person is $850 for an ocean view shared room with 2 Queen beds and shared bathroom.  \nOur non ocean view rooms are $750 for a shared room with 2 Queen beds and a shared bathroom.  \nIf you prefer to have your own room\, we do have 1 individual room with a King bed available for $1600 per person or bring a guest and share the space for $800 each.   \nThis trip will include:\nFerry to and from Hilton Head Island\nTransportation to the house\nDaily yoga classes\nDaily guided meditation\nAll health talks\nDinner on Friday night\nBreakfast\, lunch\, dinner and healthy snacks on second day\nBreakfast and lunch (to go)on the third day\nUse of pool\nUse of golf cart\nAccess to private beach \nYou must pay 50% deposit by March 31st \, 2022 and the remaining 50% by May 15th\, 2022.

DESCRIPTION:Jiva Yoga Center and Hilton Head Running Co. are teaming up to produce our  Mindful Triathlon – Hilton Head Island. \nSunday\, May 22nd @8am  –  $35\n($45 May 15 or later) \nWhat is the Mindful Triathlon? \nIt’s a FUN 5K your way – run or walk – just make it to the finish line. Followed by a 45-minute Yoga class on the beach where you are certain to find your flow ocean side. And finally\, a 15-minute guided meditation and gong experience that will clear your mind\, relax your body\, and complete the mindful triathlon. \nPlease join us as we come together for a fun-filled and challenging experience for your mind\, body\, and spirit. The Mindful Triathlon is a family friendly event\, open to all ages and skill levels\, with a focus on wellness\, community\, and our beautiful natural environment. The event is not scored and no awards will be distributed\, but a T-shirt is given to those over 12 years old who participate.  \nThis year kids under 12 are allowed to participate for FREE! We want there to be no barriers for the kids to experience the incredible positive energy that the Mindful Triathlon offers. We encourage parents to bring their kids and hope the experience is something entire family can enjoy! \n*** T-SHIRTS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE FREE ENTRY FOR THE KIDS 12 & UNDER \nGiving Back!
