John Holloway is the Natural Resources Manager at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island. \nLearn about the South Carolina Lowcountry Sentinel Landscape. This federally designated partnership supports conservation\, resilience\, natural resources\, and compatible land use efforts to maintain long-term military readiness and landscape resilience. The Lowcountry Sentinel Landscape spans over 2.2 million acres from the Savannah to the Edisto Rivers\, with the Port Royal Sound at its heart.
