DESCRIPTION:Community Easter event where 19\,500 plastic eggs will be dropped from a Helicopter on the Beaufort Academy Football Field on March 29\, 2025 @9:30am-2pm.  \nTICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR\, KIDS MUST REGISTER & PAY ONLINE BEFORE ENTRY. \nOn Saturday\, March 29\, 2025\, we invite the ENTIRE community to join us for the fifth annual Great Helicopter Easter Egg Drop on the Beaufort Academy Football Field. \nWe’re dropping thousands of plastic Easter eggs from a helicopter…yup\, you heard that right – a HELICOPTER! Pre-register your children to participate in one of SIX age-specific egg hunts with over 19\,500 eggs. \n**PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE FIELD FOR AGES 4-11** If your child is 4 years or older or cannot go on the field without you\, please do not register. \nPlease arrive earlier than your scheduled egg drop time for check-in\, and to enjoy all of the great activities\, shopping\, music and food trucks. \nAdmission to the festival is FREE\, and open to the public. The festival is FREE and open to the public. \nThis year\, we have a NEW VENUE and the Chalk It Up! Festival will take place in the parking area of Tabby Place in Downtown Beaufort. If you put 913 Port Republic Street\, Beaufort SC into Google Maps\, you can’t miss us! \nFriday\, March 28\, 5:30pm-7:30pm: Kicking off the event will be an Opening Reception inside Tabby Place.
