Council Member York Glover (District 3) will offer congratulatory acknowledgments.\n\nOfficials in attendance will include County Administrator Michael Moore\, Deputy County Administrator Nicole Wood\, County Council Members\, Project Contractors and Architects\, and Capital Improvement Projects staff.\n\nThe Wesley E. Felix Community Center is one of two new facilities that will be built; the other is the Agnes A.
