On Sunday afternoon the Beaufort Christmas parade served up some holiday cheer to throngs of folks who came to watch. Always a spirited celebration of our community, what must have been half of Beaufort turned out to see dozens of entries from local organizations, civic clubs, schools and more, the Parris Island Marine Band…. and even an appearance by Santa Claus himself.
