The annual Harvest Festival will be returning this fall to Habersham. In a recent announcement, the Habersham Marketplace (merchant’s council) set the dates for Friday through Sunday, October 13 – 15.
The favorite Lowcountry street festival features a vintage fair theme with family activities, celebrated local food vendors, live music and artisan crafts set against the backdrop of timeless southern architecture on Market Street.
If past years can be used as any indication of what to expect, then there will definitely be lots of excitement for the whole family.
Everyone will enjoy tons of fall fun while browsing artisan vendors, enjoying great local food and live music on the main stage, plus plenty of activities for kids of all ages including the popular 47-ft Ferris wheel, carnival games, bumper cars, carnival rides, contests, face painters, hayrides, and a petting zoo. Brace yourselves for the newly-added heart-pounding Himalaya Tornado and Spider Rides that are guaranteed to give even the bravest riders a wild time.
This year’s Harvest Festival is a three-day event beginning Friday, October 13th at 4pm, and continues Saturday, October 14th from 10am to 6pm and Sunday, October 15th from 10am to 6pm.
The Habersham Harvest Festival offers free admission with food, drink, art and crafts available for purchase; while select activities may include nominal entry fees.
