Volunteer: Beaufort Litter Sweep in partnership with Beaufort Litter Patrol

Join us in partnership with the Beaufort Litter Patrol for a litter sweep around Whitehall Park along the causeway and marsh edge! We will categorize and track our various types of litter which will be used to inform data-driven solutions to environmental plastic pollution.

Registration required!

What to wear/bring:
– Closed-toe shoes or boots that you don’t mind getting muddy.
– Work gloves (if you have them)
– Hat
– Sunscreen
– Water

We will provide snacks, trash grabbers and trash bags.
