Beaufort Station has been quite an addition to the Beaufort community since its first stores opened up back in 2024, and it was just announced by its management company, Puccinelli Management, that Bath & Body Works will also be setting up shop in the next few months.

Bath & Body Works will join an impressive list of retail and restaurant tenants at the new Beaufort Station, a 209,250 square foot shopping center on the corner of Robert Smalls Parkway and Paris Island Gateway.

A very popular destination for shoppers and mall enthusiasts for over 35 years, Bath & Body Works first opened in Ohio in 1990 offering soaps, lotions, fragrances, and candles, and has since expanded across six continents. In 1997, it became the largest bath shop chain in the United States. In 1999, they added the White Barn Candle Company to the mix of offerings.

As of late 2025, Bath & Body Works operates over 2,400 stores around the world, with 1,900 company-operated stores in the U.S. and Canada, plus around 544 international franchised locations, with ongoing strategic closures of some mall stores and opening of new off-mall stores, including the one at Beaufort Station.

There is no firm opening date as of yet for the Bath & Body Works with construction just now starting, but Puccinelli Management tell us that the 2,571 square foot store will be opening sometime in the spring.

Tenants at Beaufort Station already include ALDI, Surcheros, Chicken Salad Chick, Mattress Warehouse, and America’s Best, Nail Bar Lounge, Panda Express, PetSmart, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Five Below, Rack Room Shoes, Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress for Less, Ulta Beauty, and Old Navy.

In addition to Bath & Body Works, another new tenant, The Vitamin Shoppe, will be opening in the next few weeks. The Vitamin Shoppe’s retail stores and online sites carry a line of nutritional supplements with supplementary lines, such as FitFactor, NatureFuel, ProBio Care, plnt and the Bodytech brand of sports supplements.
