Annual Sickle Cell Awareness Walk in Port Royal

The Dream Chasers Sickle Cell Foundation would like to personally invite you to join us for our Annual Sickle Cell Awareness Walk on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM at Live Oak Park in Port Royal, South Carolina.

This event is about much more than a walk. It is a day for our community to come together to raise awareness, support warriors, honor families, and help change lives impacted by sickle cell disease.

This year’s event will feature something for the entire family, including a FREE Kidz Zone, petting zoo, bounce houses, games, prizes, food, vendors, health expo, community resources, live entertainment, and performances from the Whale Branch Marching Band and Battery Creek Marching Band. We will also have a Gospel Concert beginning at 12:00 PM, featuring The Lords Servants, Reverend Trad Williams, and more.
