Gather your family and get ready for a day of free games, giveaways and fun: KidFest is returning to Beaufort for the 24th year on Saturday, April 2nd from 10am to 2pm and it’s bringing along a fun day of activities, games, prizes, crafts, and entertainment for families celebrating our children.

The event was cancelled in both 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but this year, the Cross Creek Shopping Center (in front of Belk) will transform once again into a child’s ultimate day of fun.

The event is FREE to the public, and all families are invited to the event for snow cones, games, jumping and virtual booths, crafts, face painting, fire truck tours, animals, prizes, live entertainment, a talent show featuring local groups and much more.

In recent years, the event has brought tons of people and featured many area civic groups, vendors, a petting zoo, a pizza eating contest, rock climbing wall, superstar guests, DJs and lots of other great things for the kids.

If you’ve attended KidFest in the past, you know it is a huge event sponsored by MCCS South Carolina in partnership with the Child Abuse Prevention Association, the Exchange Club of Beaufort and other local organizations.

If you haven’t been to KidFest before, this is definitely the year to come.
