Want to play fun, competitive pickleball and help your neighbors in need of medical care? If so, the GNMC (Good Neighbor Medical Clinic) Pickleball Classic is for you!
GNMC is thrilled to host our 2nd Annual GNMC Pickleball Classic Tournament on April 29 and 30, 2023 at the Beaufort Yacht & Sailing Club in partnership with our friends at Bank of the Lowcountry, Beaufort Memorial Hospital, First Federal Bank, Luxe Lowcountry Vacations, Publix Super Market Charities and many others.  This event will help provide needed funding and awareness to the work GNMC does in our community.
Executive Director, Cassi Kilpatrick said the following regarding the upcoming event, “As an avid Pickleballer, I know the camaraderie that occurs on the courts and can’t think of a better way to bring people together for the common good of our community.  We recognized that not everyone plays, so we added a silent auction element this year to ensure everyone can join in. Beaufort relies heavily on tourism that is supported by many without basic healthcare.  Good Neighbor Medical Clinic provides that care that in turn keeps our workforce healthy and able to support their families and the community.  So, be a Good Neighbor and come support the cause!
Registration is available online until April 21st at https://gnfmcbeaufort.org/pickleball-tournament/Â Cost to participate is $75 please note there is also a fee from the online software of $5 per event.
This fun event will include:
– 2 full days of competitive doubles pickleball play in two age divisions, open and 50+, with four skill divisions including 2.5,3.0, 3.5, and 4.0.
– Ability to order a FREE Tournament T-shirt or other merchandise of your choice through our partners at Swaggy Shop delivered to your home
– Lunch for players
– Online Auction with items for everyone! Auction opens April 21 and closes April 30. Some items will be available at the tournament for viewing/bidding.

About Good Neighbor Medical Clinic
For over 15 years, Good Neighbor Medical Clinic (GNMC) has provided medical care, without charge, including primary care, limited non-surgical specialty care, referral assistance, health education, prescription assistance & access to free diagnostic procedures and laboratory tests to very low-income, uninsured adults in our community. In 2022, GNMC served 703 patients providing over $4.2 million in services and prescriptions to our Beaufort neighbors in need.  Our mission is to provide a medical home to eligible, uninsured adults in our community.
