Beaufort firefighters helping with Letters to Santa

There’s not much more magical to a kid than writing a letter to Santa at Christmastime…and getting a response. In Beaufort, Santa’s helpers are making sure every kid gets their letters to the North Pole routed through the fire stations and for every letter placed in one of the special mailboxes, Santa’s firefighter elves will help him write back before Christmas Day. Firefighters are happy to be helping with letters to Santa in Beaufort.

Santa Mailboxes will be in place at area fire stations by, or before, November 27th and will stay until December 11th. Santa, and the firefighters, promise that all letters will receive his personal reply by Christmas, provided that a return address is listed on the letter.

Most every Northern Beaufort County Fire Department will be participating in getting the letters to Santa. This includes all of the sea islands, Sheldon, Habersham, Burton, Gray’s Hill, Shell Point and also inside the city limits.

The City of Beaufort/Town of Port Royal Fire Department, Santa mailbox locations include:
Central Headquarters – 135 Ribaut Road (on the side of the firehouse by the bell)
Station 2 – 1120 Ribaut Road (on the side of the station off firehouse lane)
Station 3 – 1750 Paris Avenue (by the flagpole out front)
Station 4 – 571 Robert Smalls Parkway (in the rear of the firehouse)
