Get ready for some fun again in the middle of the Beaufort River because the summertime blast on the sandbar is returning for another day full of incredible live music. Yes, the Beaufort Sandbar Concert is returning on Saturday, July 13th, for another day of fun.

Country music artist Pat Cooper will be headlining another big show at the sandbar along with opening acts still to be announced.

Cooper made the “Officially Official” announcement via his Facebook page back on Thursday, May 16th, saying, “we can’t wait to keep this Lowcountry tradition rolling…”

As always, the concert is completely free and open to the public…but is only accessible by boat. Organizers typically stage the starting time for the show based on the tides being just right.

Due to the times of high and low tide, the show starts this year at 11am.

The first sandbar concert was 9 years ago, but it was canceled once because of the COVID 19 pandemic, making this July’s show the 8th event. For the past several years, the concert on a borrowed barge in the water has been a huge hit drawing a big crowd that easily numbers in the thousands.

The opening acts for Cooper will be announced shortly.

We’re so happy to see the Beaufort Sandbar Concert returning again. It’s events just like this one that help make Beaufort the awesome little town that it is.

Bring on the fun. We can hardly wait.
