The grand opening for the first two tenants at the new Beaufort Station Shopping Center was last Thursday, May 30th as TJ Maxx and HomeGoods opened their doors to shoppers.
They are the first of nine major tenants to open. The 209,250 square foot shopping center with outparcels on the corner of Robert Smalls Parkway and Paris Island Gateway is home to a variety of businesses that are new to Beaufort, SC as well as a couple that have moved across the highway to enjoy the new digs.
Among tenants that will be at the new shopping center are anchor tenants Aldi Grocery Stores, PetSmart, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Five Below, and Rack Room Shoes, Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress for Less, Ulta Beauty, and Old Navy. Joining them as new neighbors will be Chicken Salad Chick, Le Nails, Panda Express, Surcheros Fresh Mex, Mattress Warehouse, America’s Best, a Parker’s Kitchen and a Parker’s Car Wash.
PetSmart and TJ Maxx have relocated their stores from Cross Creek Shopping Center, which is just across the street.
Here is a list of when most of the other retailers will be open, according to the developer.
Hobby Lobby – June 2024
Five Below – June 2024
Old Navy – August 2024
Ross Dress For Less – July 2024
Ulta Beauty – July 2024

In addition, there is no timetable as of yet on the construction and completion of an ALDI grocery store in Beaufort.
Of course these are only tentative openings and any of the above dates can change.
There are still a few smaller retail spaces with 3,000 square feet, or less, available for businesses that want to move in and set up shop in Beaufort, SC.
“We continue to attract high quality tenants for this project, and we couldn’t be more excited,” said Trey Morgan, President of The Morgan Companies. “This is not only a testament to great real estate, but a growing, vibrant community as well.”
Thus far, the total amount of tenants at Beaufort Station is 18, and the shopping center brings lots more to what we have to choose from here in Beaufort, SC, and will save some locals the drive to Bluffton to visit some of their favorite stores.
