As the World around us presents uncertain and negative times, the 4th grade students at Riverview Charter School are staying committed to positivity, and they’re sharing it with our downtown Beaufort merchants.

Earlier this week, these amazingly creative students participated in “Project Positivity” to demonstrate Riverview Charter School’s core value of optimism. Scroll down to see their inspiring artwork with messages of optimism and hope.

“We know this is a difficult time for businesses and the greater Beaufort community”, said 4th Grade Teacher, Karen Snyder. “Our goal is to spread messages of positivity and encouragement to YOU and throughout the community.”

“We thought this effort would help students look outward beyond the current circumstances they find themselves in learning remotely from home, and help them connect with others to uplift the business community during this difficult time,” Karen said.

“Though we know many downtown Beaufort merchants have temporarily closed their doors, or have limited visitors, our hope is that our town will we see these messages of hope from children and know brighter days are on the way!”
