Art in the Arsenal: Handmade Gullah Dolls with Zenobia Harper

Art in the Arsenal is delighted to welcome Artist Zenobia Harper from Georgetown, SC!

Enjoy an interactive talk and demonstration alongside side Harper as she shares the importance of storytelling through the creation of her one of a kind Gullah Dolls! Harper began creating dolls as a child using bottles and embellishing them with trinkets, as a means of play, however, as she continued to grow the significance of this art form became a connection to family strength, values, and culture.
