Learning self-defense is a crucial but often overlooked skill. Our specialized class aims to equip you with techniques and mindsets to effectively protect yourself in potential attack scenarios. The class follows a partner-based approach, allowing you to invite a friend to join you. We kindly request attendees to wear comfortable workout attire that facilitates ease of movement during the event.
This class is open to both teens and adults. If your child will be participating or if you have experienced assault in the past, please be aware that certain topics of discussion may be sensitive. We encourage you to exercise discretion and, if necessary, you may choose to abstain from participating in those particular segments of the class.
The class will have a duration of approximately two hours and involves physical activities. It is advisable to bring water for hydration, and we recommend consulting with your physician beforehand if you have any medical conditions that might hinder your participation.
