Beaufort History Museum Annual Historical Families of Beaufort Tour

Join the Beaufort History Museum for its annual Historical Families of Beaufort Tour on Wednesday, May 27th starting at 530pm.

Dr. John McCardell has graciously agreed to lead another tour for us! If you missed the first one, this is another opportunity to learn more about the historical families that shaped Beaufort’s history and see the beautiful homes where they lived. We will stop at the Castle and tour the grounds.
New homes have been added to the tour for this year.
Join us for a member-only, ticketed special event. It is limited to 28 people. John McCardell, our esteemed local historian, will lead a small bus tour of the historical family homes on The Point in downtown Beaufort. Cocktails and hor d’oeuvres will be at the end of the tour at the summer residence of Barbra Streisand when she was here in Beaufort filming “The Prince of Tides.”
The Tour starts at the parking lot of St. Helena’s Anglican Church, which is on the corner of North & Charles Streets in downtown Beaufort, SC.
