Celadon signature Specialty Fitness Program starting in February to keep the New Year momentum going!
Join Celadon’s Own Ashton Cradit and Ben Konchar for four weeks of an unique 90 minute training session. Ignite your fire with weighted strength training and expand into stretch and balance with Yoga flow. This signature 4 week program will be intentional in building and maintaining consistency and self care practices. Each Sunday will be like a mini-Retreat! Additional options to Cold Plunge, steam bathe, certified health & wellness coaching & 24 hours club access for Non Members.
