Forever Fit: Revive Rehab & Fit4Mom

Come join Fit4Mom & Revive Rehab to learn about all things Mom!
We will kick off the event with a 30 min interactive seminar to learn about pelvic floor health & other great tips and tricks for this phase of motherhood.
We will finish the morning off with a modified Fit4Mom class in the park.
Event is free for everyone – kids are welcome and can take part in the class too.
