Giants of the East – Beaufort Symphony

🎶 The Beaufort Symphony Orchestra celebrates its 40th season! 🎶

Join us for a landmark evening as Maestro Frederick Devyatkin leads the orchestra in Giants from the East, a program honoring the great Russian masters. Expect passion, fire, and unforgettable melodies.

✨ Program Highlights
• Rachmaninoff: Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor, Op. 18 – with guest pianist Nadia Azzi
• Tchaikovsky: Marche Slav
• Borodin: Polovetsian Dances
• Mussorgsky: Night on Bald Mountain

Pianist Nadia Azzi studied at the prestigious Colburn Conservatory and The Juilliard School. She returns to Beaufort after her memorable 2019 performance with the Symphony, once again bringing her artistry and power to the stage.

This concert brings together sweeping piano brilliance, stirring dances, and spine-tingling orchestral drama—an unforgettable way to honor four decades of music in Beaufort.
