GreenDrinks Beaufort October 2023 Gathering

This month please welcome Hillary Gallup for a fun an informative presentation Many of you may already know her as a GreenDrinks regular.
Ms. Gallop is the Education Coordinator for the Beaufort Soil and Water Conservation District, where she coordinates and implements conservation related programs in Beaufort County Schools and throughout the community focusing on K – 8th grade.
She will talk about what a Conservation District is, and what they do for the Lowcountry.
As an added bonus, 0BSWCD Field Agent, Walter Mack, will join her briefly to talk about the research he has been doing under a grant from The Nature Conservancy.
Hilary will end her presentation with a water-quality related activity.
As always we will have about 45 minutes of networking/ social time and then the presentation by our featured speaker.
