“Happy Birthday Carnivore” Wine Dinner

Sister Sister wouldn’t be what it is without him. Sami and Dani’s dad–The man, the myth, the carnivore — Paparoni. We’re celebrating his birthday with a surprise dinner, and we want you to be part of it. Don’t tell him. 🤫 Okay, we know it’s not gonna be a surprise but we tried!

Join us for an intimate, seated birthday dinner built entirely around what he loves most: bold, meat-forward cooking done with intention and care.

Four courses. Are you ready?

Course 1 — Oyster Roasted oyster, bacon fat vinaigrette, parmigiano

Course 2 — Tartare Beef tartare, capers, whole grain mustard, cured egg yolk, baguette

Course 3 — Ossobuco Braised ossobuco, brown butter & truffle cheese polenta, chive and preserved lemon gremolata

Course 4 — Banana Pudding Banana pudding, toasted meringue

Optional Wine Pairing — $40 · One pour per course

We’re going big for this one. Each pour was chosen to honor the occasion — serious bottles from producers we love.

All four wines will be available for purchase after dinner — and this is a great night to stock up. Wine night guests earn double punches on our wine card: every bottle you buy tonight counts as two punches. Buy eight bottles over time, get your ninth free (up to a $60 value). Double punches are exclusive to wine dinners.

Not drinking? Our beverage cooler is fully stocked all evening, and we take our NA options just as seriously as our wine list. Local kombucha from Fizza in Charleston, craft NA cocktails from Devil’s Foot out of Asheville, the best NA IPA we’ve ever tasted from Untitled Art out of Wisconsin, Westbrook right down the road in Mount Pleasant, and Natalie’s out of Florida for juice. Plus craft sodas, sparkling water, and more. There’s something worth getting excited about in there.
