MEET THE CHEF
Catering will be provided by Southern Graces, a full-service event planning and catering company specializing in high-end, extraordinary events. Executive Chef Christopher Hewitt graduated from the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, NY and has extraordinary talent and experience. Chef Hewitt worked with Bobby Flay for 12 years, claimed an Iron Chef victory, prepared dinner for Julia Child, and has earned many other awards and accolades, including Bluffton Today’s 2021 Best Chef in Bluffton. He’s an expert at taking everyday favorites and turning them into an extraordinary culinary experience!
THE LOCATION
Hewitt Oaks is just five minutes down the road from Palmetto Bluff, surrounded by sweeping Lowcountry views and graceful moss-laden oaks. Soak in the graceful ambiance of Gracie Ballroom while treating yourself to delicious bites, tasty drinks, and fun with friends. We will have indoor and outdoor seating available, with heaters and fire pits outdoors in the courtyard for a cozy sweater weather atmosphere.
Table reservations are available so you can come with a group of girlfriends and all sit together! We’ll have socially-distanced tables inside and luscious lounges outdoors. Tickets are $75 per person and include all food and complimentary beverages. 21 and over only. Tickets are non-refundable.
A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will go to Taste of Grace, our Community Give-Back Program that allows us to donate event services to non-profit organizations here in our community.
Gracie Ballroom is a spacious double-height event space with an HVAC sterilization system. Masks are not required, but tickets are limited to allow for social distancing.
