Next Wave: Science & Policy for Reducing Plastic Pollution in Port Royal Sound

Learn some of the science and policy skills we use at the Port Royal Sound Foundation to understand and protect our environment.

Are you a young person, ages 15-20, looking to make a positive difference in your community and for your environment? Join a group of like-minded people at this quarterly event to learn some of the science and policy skills we use at the Port Royal Sound Foundation to advance research and conservation of the Port Royal Sound watershed, and become part of our NEXT WAVE of conserving the PRS 🌊💪.

At the March Next Wave event, we’ll explore the science of plastic pollution in the PRS and Beaufort County’s efforts to strengthen the ordinance to reduce plastic distribution across the region.
