Penn Center Program: 50 Acres and a School

Penn Center is hosting an evening program, “50 Acres and a School: Tracing the Legacy of Hastings Gantt from Reconstruction to Today” on Friday May 19 at 5:30pm at Frissell Community House.
Hastings Gantt is one of the most fascinating figures of Reconstruction Era Beaufort County – he served in the legislature during Reconstruction and was also closely tied to the early history of Penn School.
