Karen will share her creative process behind building bold, balanced spice blends — from inspiration to final taste.

Guests will enjoy a warm bowl of her signature gumbo while learning how spices layer and develop depth.
You’ll then step into the role of spice maker yourself.

• Create two custom spice blends to take home
• Use traditional mortar and pestles for hands-on blending
• Design and label your own uniquely named creations
