Women in Law Enforcement Recruiting Event

Beaufort County will host its first ever multi-agency Women in Law Enforcement Recruiting Event in October. This effort is to ensure all county agencies with open positions can recruit quality candidates interested in the law enforcement profession.
Participating agencies:
🔹 Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office
🔹 Beaufort Police Department
🔹 Port Royal Police Department
🔹 Bluffton Police Department
🔹 Yemassee Police Department
The all-female recruiting event will be held on October 28, 2023, at 9 a.m., at the Bluffton Police Department located at 101 Progressive Street, Bluffton SC.
Those interested in participating will have the opportunity to speak with participating agencies, complete the physical agility course, as well as a written test. Please note testing starts at 9 a.m. SHARP!
Participants are asked to wear athletic attire for the physical agility course and to bring a photo ID to the event.
