Parker's has retrofitted the Citgo station on Sea Island Parkway and added it to its growing list of locations in Beaufort.

Georgia-based Parker’s is continuing to grow its presence here in the Beaufort area with the addition of two additional locations this week.

Parker’s has purchased both of the local Citgo stations and are in the process of retrofitting them as Parker’s locations.

One is at the corner of Ribaut Road and Lady’s Island Drive in Port Royal and the other is located on Sea Island Parkway on Lady’s Island, next to the Publix grocery store.

Currently, Parker’s boasts more than 70 locations in South Carolina and Georgia and plans are to open more as it moves northward along the coast towards Charleston.

Several locations have opened in the Beaufort market over the past year. Since its first one in Port Royal, Parker’s opened stores in Shell Point, on Highway 21 near the Marine Corps Air Station, on Sams Point Road on Lady’s Island, one on St. Helena Island and another over in Okatie.

The company has been included on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America for the past three years.
