Beaufort, SC is blessed to have some of the best restaurants in the Lowcountry right here, and when you’re exploring the area and are looking for local fare, you always go where the locals go. And, lots of them go to Brody’s Bar & Grill on Lady’s Island.

If you’re a food lover like us, Brody’s is always a must-visit.

The restaurant buzzes with the charm of a well-loved eatery, complete with walls adorned with televisions so you always have the best seat in the house no matter where you are.

We’ve visited often, and have enjoyed the menu offerings at Brody’s.

With some of some of the best wings in town in practically every flavor you could dream of, lots of folks enjoy the restaurant, and its bar vibe & pool table are fan favorites, too.

Brody’s wings come in practically every flavor you could dream of.

There’s no need to sit at the bar if you can’t grab one of the few seats that might just be available. Brody’s has a TV in view from nearly every table, and all over their huge expansive porch, as well.

One look at the menu tells you that owner, Cris Morrison – a veteran of the local restaurant scene, knows what he’s doing. The kitchen offers a ton of good food including a list of creative appetizers: wings, potato skins, nachos supreme (and they’re REALLY supreme!), buffalo shrimp, cheese fries, and even loaded pierogies.

If you’re not feeling wings, get the Buffalo Shrimp instead.

If you’re looking for a fantastic dinner, you never run out of options at Brody’s.

Known for their sandwiches, wraps and burgers, you can’t go wrong with one of the many burger or sandwich options at Brody’s any time of the day. Our favorite is the Santa Fe Burger. It’s a big, juicy grilled half pound burger topped with jalapenos, bacon, and queso cheese.

Always fresh and cooked to order, Brody’s has some of the best burgers on the sea islands.

At dinner, Brody’s offers a seriously tasty Chicken Parmesan Linguine that’s baked to perfection with fried chicken breast tossed in garlic parmesan marinade covered in marinara and mozzarella cheese over a bed of linguine.

Another dinner delight is their Cajun Chicken Pasta; blackened chicken breast tossed in a homemade cajun cream sauce, and served with black beans, and cavatappi pasta. You can add shrimp instead of chicken and get all the taste of the sea islands you’re here for.

If you’re looking for ribs, Brody’s has just about cornered the market on mouthwatering, finger-licking ribs here in Beaufort. Theirs are prepared with a secret house recipe and you can choose to add any marinate that you wish for to have your own flavor. You can go for the Ribs & Wings platter to get the best of both worlds, or go for the rack and leave satisfied and quite happy.
