The annual Lafayette Soirée hosted by Historic Beaufort Foundation is set for Saturday,
May 14, 2022, from 6:30-10:00 PM. This much anticipated garden party will feature hors d’oeuvres and a French inspired dinner menu, perfectly curated libations, a silent auction and live music from the Moon Dance band.
This year’s Soirée will be held in the gardens of the home of Greg and Sarah Dyson overlooking Factory Creek and a view of historic Beaufort’s skyline. The property includes part of the old L.P. Maggioni & Company oyster (canning) factory site.
“We are delighted to host this year’s Lafayette Soirée and to continue our support of the Historic Beaufort Foundation,” Sarah Dyson said.
Returning after a two-year hiatus, the Lafayette Soirée is one of Beaufort’s most anticipated events and is not to be missed, tickets are available now (Members: $150 Non-Members: $175) and can be purchased online at HistoricBeaufort.org or by calling the HBF Office, 843.379.3331.
Historic Beaufort Foundation (HBF) has played a significant role in the preservation and conservation of Beaufort County’s historic resources for more than six decades. Proceeds from the Soirée support theongoing preservation of Beaufort’s historic and architectural heritage.
