Barre to Bar at Shellring Ale Works with Sarah O.

the ultimate morning out – join Sarah O. for a 50-min barre class held at the brewery (Shellring Ale Works in Port Royal) prior to it’s opening to the public at 12pm!
all levels are welcome – no worries if you’ve never done barre before this is a GREAT opportunity to experience the Balance burn in a fun, low-key setting & enjoy a celebratory local beverage of choice afterwards!
cost:$20 // $15 for BBF members (includes class + 1 drink)

PS. we’ll have a few extra mats to borrow but please bring your own yoga mat if you have one!
