Global cuisine is visiting Port Royal next weekend with the Old Village Association hosting the town’s new fall festival, Taste of the World, on Saturday, September 26th at Live Oak Park in Port Royal from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
In its usual mix of fun, food, live music, and adult beverages, Port Royal will be hosting several diverse food trucks in one spot at Live Oak Park.
Some of the food trucks that will be attending are:
Innichka Chef – Ukrainian
Piece of Yard & Abroad – Jamacian
Gloria Filipino Food Truck – Filipino
The Hungry Route – Greek
Okan – West African/Caribbean
Poncho’s Tacos and Beer – Mexican
Una-Jaltera – Puerto Rican
And, the live entertainment that is coming showcases just as diverse a line-up as the food that will be available at the event.
The entertainment line-up at Taste of the World includes:
Revolution Ballroom Belly Dancers – Noon
Hispanic Heritage Dancers – 12:45 to 2:45
Wona Womalan – Africa Drum and Dancing – 4:00
