The Haunted Hallows Festival is returning to Port Royal for its third year, and what began as a spirited community gathering has absolutely exploded into a regionally known, family-centered fall phenomenon.

On Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Naval Heritage Park will once again transform into a high-energy, joy-filled celebration of creativity, costumes, music, and community — and admission is completely FREE.

This is not your typical “walk around and look at pumpkins” event.

A Children’s Area That’s Actually Epic

Haunted Hallows features a completely free Children’s Games Zone packed with hands-on fun and interactive challenges designed to keep young adventurers moving, laughing, and fully immersed.

Kids (and yes, adults too) can participate in the wildly popular Festival Passport Program, collecting stamps from characters and destinations throughout the park. Complete your journey and earn bragging rights — and maybe a little magic along the way.

Add in face painting, roaming characters, and nonstop activity, and you’ve got a children’s area that families drive in for.

On-Stage Competitions That Bring the Drama

The main stage will once again host crowd-favorite competitions that are equal parts hilarious and unforgettable, including:

Best Werewolf Howl

Best Witchy Cackle

Expect bold costumes, theatrical flair, and plenty of audience participation.

Massive Vendor Village & Food Truck Court

Browse the ever-growing Vendor Village, packed with artisans, makers, creators, and unique finds you won’t see in big box stores. From handmade goods to spooky treasures, it’s a shopping experience all its own.

When hunger strikes, head to the Food Truck Court featuring a diverse lineup of local favorites and festival treats. The only thing you’ll pay for all night is the food you choose and the treasures you can’t resist bringing home.

Introducing: The All-New TEEN ARENA

And now for the game changer.

In 2026, Haunted Hallows unveils its newest addition: the TEEN ARENA.

This is not a “stand around while your parents shop” situation.

Teens… you better bring your brain, your speed, AND your brawn.

Competitive, high-energy, slightly chaotic (in the best way), and designed specifically for middle and high school energy levels — the Teen Arena is a whole new experience within the festival. More details are coming soon, but one thing is clear:
